Let us help you to maximize your useable storage space and increase
your cube size with a proper design and layout. Our storage racks are designed
for fast and easy installation with properly designed connectors for optimum
strength and load capacity.
Before we help you to select the components for your storage
system, some parameters for designing the rack system need to be determined.
Grace Material Handling follows all necessary rack design procedures as outlined
by RMI specifications and ANSI Specifications. These procedures may be used
for the design of your rack components. Rack structures must adhere to either
of these codes depending on the type of construction.
Next, we need to gather information regarding the size of your
area, the type of lift equipment required, and the description of your pallet
load. All of the aforementioned information will help us to provide you with
the most economical and efficient design for your facility.
We will then be in a position to specify appropriate components
to use, such as uprights, beams, and safety options, i.e. decking, netting,
or safety bars etc.. We also ensure you are compliant with required
OSHA safety requirements.
Grace Material Handling Company has the experience required for
over 50 years. We can make sure the job is properly completed on time, and within
your budget. We offer turnkey capabilities from planning, to installation, to
integration.
We will also be able to specify one or more types of storage systems
by studying the data and after consulting with the customer. We will than determine
what will work best; selective rack, drive-in rack, push-back rack, flow rack,
pick modules, archive storage, wide span shelving, etc. Our knowledgeable personnel
are ready to answer all of your inquiries, and help assess your needs, and then
respond to your request for a proposal.
